This underground Crypt built in the 14th Century is the most unique party venue in the City, with very reasonable hire rates, your own dedicated bar staff and either our in house DJ Ross Collins or you can bring your own playlist and play it through our music system or a live band, the choice is yours.

NOTE TO THE HIRER: Once your booking has been confirmed and the hire fee / bar deposit paid, you agree to be bound by the Venue Hire Terms and Conditions.

HIRE COST AND DEPOSITS

Upstairs Bar is £200 HIRE FEE   -   Christmas Bookings Nov/Dec £250 HIRE FEE

Bar Deposit is £150 (Based on Minimum Bar Spend £650)

The £150 deposit will be returned after a £650 bar spend has been reached.

The deposit will be returned via BACS payment within 10 working days of the date of the party.

We will require your bank details i.e. Name on the account, sort code and bank account number

In the event of any damage to the premises, the deposit shall be retained until repairs are undertaken

and the costs shall be deducted from the deposit.
