Bedfords is a 17^th century merchant house,serving a vast array of beers & spirits and we think really good food. We are open for lunches in our bar area or outside in our garden and restaurant, which also has a bar (weather permitting). Being a freehouse Bedfords offers probably the best range of beers, spirits & wines in the city. WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR SUNDAY ROAST One course £7.95 two for £9.95
	Crypt The Crypt is 13^th century and is used mainly for private parties, except from Monday nights which is student night with live music and or a DJ plus free admission & 20% discount off all drinks. This is becoming very popular and our capacity is 75 people. It is home of the spider cocktail Skalypso Night Skalypso is held once every month, a great night in the Crypt 9pm to 2am!
Grapevine at Bedfords Come down the first Wednesday of the month and experience one of the finest music showcases in East Anglia a real must, always packed. We really advise you to book this one early, join Grapevine @bedfords on facebook to get update. £5.00 at the door and this goes to the bands and promotor and bands and its worth every penny. Party at Bedford’s The ideal city centre venue for all your special occasions; birthdays, anniversaries, retirement & business parties are all catered for. As we are so busy on Friday & Saturday nights, upstairs can’t be held for private use, but Sunday through to Thursday is OK
